Spoon has recently completed phase 1 development of PRUfunds.com - a central intranet resource of Prudential Asset Management materials to enable seamless resource management and information sharing amongst the staff of Prudential Corporation Asia. PRUfunds.com is where the investment world of Prudential Asset Management unite – to share, contribute, teach and learn.

A comprehensive management system was built allowing Prudential's senior management team, B&C team members, marketing team member and PCA regional senior management team to have one central connection point to share information about trends, performances and research data from their respective markets.

PRUfunds.com is a valuable tool serving some of the following key functions: 1) support and enhance PAM's strategic role in helping to build the business in Asia; 2) A pre-stored and updateable central database of PAM materials to alleviate the downtime experienced by key personnel who are frequently fielding and fulfilling requests for specific information; 3) Facilitating regional synergy, through sharing internal PAM product learnings, marketing campaign profiles, and specific country initiatives across the region; 4) Facilitating unified knowledge growth through external industry learnings and updates; 5) Promoting regional camaraderie and co-operation.
